The warm and inviting atmosphere was enhanced by the delicious breakfast that exceeded expectations, especially the scrumptious cookies and hot beverages available around the clock. The beautiful grounds, with their well-tended gardens and cozy fire pit, provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. However, thin walls led to noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, which detracted from the overall experience. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, a lack of response regarding noise complaints was disappointing.

We had a lovely, unique stay in a converted schoolhouse, enjoying the delicious homemade breakfast and spacious gardens for our dog. However, the thin walls made for a noisy night.

Fantastic stay at the Roosevelt Inn. The staff treated me like family from the moment I arrived. The room offered a lovely garden view, cozy ambiance, and was spotlessly clean. Homemade cookies greeted me upon check-in, and the breakfast each morning was hearty and delicious with fresh fruit and great coffee. The peaceful neighborhood made for wonderful nights of sleep. However, the room was smaller than expected, and I did notice some noise from the hall due to the old building structure. Overall, a warm and delightful place with great charm.

Disappointingly, the carpets near the elevator showed significant wear and dirt, needing replacement. Daily housekeeping could use improvement, as I encountered dirty laundry left in the elevator, and breakfast served oddly on side plates felt awkward. The parking area was also less than ideal, especially if the weather turned messy.

My stay at the Roosevelt Inn was good. The charming décor and friendly staff. Breakfast offered a delicious variety, a highlight. Late noise from other guests disturbed our evening. A lovely experience on our American road trip.

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed playing the bean bag toss game and relaxing by the firepit with complimentary tea and cookies. The hot tub and outdoor games were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The bathroom was a bit tight, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. just a tip, maybe more lighting on the path to the hot tub would make it safer! 😊

great access to parks and downtown attractions for city walkers

During my stay, i really loved the short stroll to the coeur d'alene city park, just about 500 meters away, and the relaxing vibe of the art spirit gallery, only a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which made my city explorations so enjoyable. combining the cozy atmosphere with the magical grounds truly made my experience special and relaxing, perfect for a weekend traveler like me!
